Switch to paperless now in four steps

Step 1: From your device’s web browser, sign in to Online Services.


Don’t have an account? Register today.


Step 2: Select the person icon and choose “Preferences”.
Step 3: In the “Communication settings” tab, read the consent details in the “Paperless document delivery” section.
Step 4: Check the consent box and select “Sign up for paperless delivery”. Once complete, you’ll receive an email verification.

1. Sign in to Online Services and go to the “Documents” page.

2. From the “Documents” page, select your policy. Your policy details, including your policy number and downloadable documents, will be listed.

1. From your device’s web browser, sign in to Online Services.

2. Select “Get your pink slip” in the “Quick links” section.

Adding your pink slip to Apple Wallet

1. From your Apple device’s web browser, sign in to Online Services and go to the “Documents” page.

2. From the “Documents” page, select your auto policy.

3. Under “Digital insurance slip”, select “Add to Apple Wallet”.

From your device’s web browser, sign in to Online Services.

Payment schedules can be accessed by selecting any of the following:

  • View billing and payments” in the “Quick links” section of the landing page
  • “Billing and payments” tab on the landing page
  • “Documents” tab on the landing page
  • Home, auto, farm and business insurance policies are eligible for paperless delivery.

    If your eligible policies are in the same name (this name can be an individual or a company), changing one policy to paperless will update the delivery method for the others.

    We may send you paper documents from time to time and in some cases, regulations require us to send paper documents.

    Although going paperless reduces waste and is the best choice for secure and convenient document delivery, we understand it’s not for everyone. You can update your delivery method in the “Preferences” section of your Online Services account.
