Tish is the agency owner and has over 30 years' experience in the financial services field. She has expertise in every product we offer; however, her main areas of focus are in investment planning, business and group insurance, as well as life and critical illness insurance.
Tish grew up in Milton and still resides here, feeling a very strong commitment to the Milton community. She is a proud mom and enjoys golf, gardening and interior decorating.

She's been with Co-operators since 1995, holding roles in training, corporate underwriting and client services. Charmaine has her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, and an extensive background in all facets of insurance with expertise to assist our clients with home, auto, business, travel, group benefits, life insurance and investment products. Charmaine is a devoted wife and mother of three very active boys and, when not attending to their needs, she takes pride in spending time with her clients to make sure they are fully educated on their insurance portfolios.

Claire specializes in life insurance with over 17 years' insurance experience. She has extensive knowledge of life insurance, living benefits, disability insurance and group benefits. Claire has her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and her Certified Health Specialist (CHS) designation, as well as extensive training in investment products. She is also well versed in home and auto products and has a main focus on building long-term client relationships. She's committed to exceeding service expectations and promises to provide knowledgeable advice and service. Claire is a proud mother of two and recently became a grandma to her first grandchild. She loves to shop and enjoys playing the slots at the casino!

Connor is a 2021 graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, as well as a minor in Economics. Shortly after graduation, he joined the team with a focus on home and auto insurance products and is venturing into business insurance. He has always had a passion for assisting others and using his expertise to guide others into making the right decisions. Whether it's home, auto or business insurance, Connor is passionate about helping our clients choose the right coverage for their needs to protect what matters most. He was born and raised in Milton and really enjoys assisting the community with their insurance needs. Connor's hobbies include cooking, watching NHL and NBA and building Lego!

Nancy has been in the financial planning industry for over 20 years and has earned her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Master Financial Advisor – Philanthropy (MFA-P) designations. Her passion is working with individuals with philanthropy planning and she enjoys providing excellent client service while building long-term client relationships. Nancy brings a wealth of knowledge to our amazing team. She is a proud mother of two and loves to walk, cook and spend time with her family.
