Adam commenced his career with the Co-operators in 2001 as a sales associate. Since assuming agency ownership in 2011, he has led significant growth, expanding the team from three staff members to nine and establishing a second office in Dorchester.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Adam is deeply entrenched in community engagement. As the past President of the Rotary Club of Ingersoll, he spearheaded impactful initiatives. Moreover, he co-founded PlayRight Playgrounds Inc., a non-profit entity in partnership with the Town of Ingersoll, dedicated to enhancing local playground infrastructure. PlayRight facilitated the installation of over half a million dollars' worth of new playground structures in Ingersoll.

Adam's commitment to community service extends further as he serves as the past president of the Ingersoll District Chamber of Commerce and remains an active member of the Alexandra Hospital Foundation board.

Adam's dedication earned him recognition as one of Oxford County's "Top 20 under 40" in 2012. In 2014, the Town of Ingersoll honoured him as their Citizen of the Year, making him the first person under 40 to receive this accolade. Co-operators recognized Adam with the Community Achievement National award in 2017.

In 2017, Adam further fortified his professional credentials by achieving the prestigious Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation, solidifying his expertise in estate and financial planning within the life insurance domain. He also obtained the Certified Health Specialist (CHS) designation, enriching his ability to offer comprehensive financial and estate planning strategies to his clientele.

Angela Elliott joined the Funnell Insurance Group team after a fulfilling 20-year career as a dental hygienist. Now stepping into her new role as Associate Insurance Advisor specializing in business and farm insurance, she brings a deep passion for community engagement to our team. Raised in Ingersoll, Ange is a familiar face in the local school and sports communities. She, along with her husband and daughter, enjoy life here and are frequently spotted at hockey arenas or ball diamonds. They also cherish their time biking, kayaking and exploring new trails together. We're thrilled to have Ange apply her dedication to learning and collaboration in her new capacity with us!

Darryl Walker

Darryl joined Funnell Insurance Group in the fall of 2016. Darryl brings financial planning experience from 15 years at one of the largest banks in Canada, leaving his position as Senior Financial Advisor to work closer to home and within his community. 

Darryl graduated from the University of Windsor in 2001 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and continued his education with the Canadian Securities Institute, obtaining his Financial Management Advisor and Personal Financial Planning Diploma.

Darryl grew up and continues to reside in Ingersoll with his wife and daughter. He currently is the commissioner of the Ingersoll Basketball Association, a recreation men's basketball league.

Elizabeth joined our agency in July 2023 as a university co-op student, studying mathematics and statistics. We're pleased that after completing university in April 2024, Elizabeth joined our agency full-time to begin her career with us!

Michelle Duquette

Michelle began working for the agency in 1997. Michelle offers a wide range of insurance expertise, having completed her Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2010. Michelle has been recognized as a Rising Star leader several times, and currently manages the agency's very large farm insurance portfolio. Michelle has been involved in various organizations over the years, including the Oxford Trail Riders and the Salford Community Centre Board. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and horseback riding.

After a 27-year-career with Funnell Insurance Group, Michelle retired on April 30, 2024.

Natasha became part of our team in June 2021, leveraging her extensive experience from the financial sector. Her career began in 2006 at one of the Big Five banks, and she later transitioned to a brokerage investment firm in 2016. At our agency, Natasha not only manages daily operations as our agency manager but also brings her expertise in mutual funds as a licensed professional. She is often the first point of contact for our clients and has quickly become a familiar voice to those reaching out to our office.

Returning to work in the community where her family resides has been a joyful homecoming for Natasha. She has a strong history of volunteering with various organizations and is eager to continue contributing to her community.

Sarah Voigt

Sarah joined our agency in 2009, transitioning from the Law Administration program at Fanshawe College. Swiftly establishing herself as a pivotal team member, she initially excelled in managing our auto insurance portfolio. Today, Sarah plays a crucial role in assisting clients with their home and life insurance needs, in addition to handling business and auto insurance matters. As our home portfolio manager, she is tuned in to the industry changes happening with home insurance and is our in-house expert on all matters related to it.

Tina joined the Funnell Insurance Group in June 2012 and has significantly grown in her role over the years. She has consistently managed responsibilities with our auto insurance clients on a daily basis. Recently, Tina has advanced to become our agency's auto portfolio manager where she now handles complex fleet and business accounts, further showcasing her expertise and commitment to our team.
