Growing up in Hawkesville and later moving to Elmira where she still resides, Esther enjoys small-town living. She feels a strong commitment to the Woolwich community and serves as a member of the Woolwich Community Lions Club.

Hetvi holds a degree in Interior Architecture, bringing creativity and attention to detail to her work. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi, allowing her to connect with a diverse clientele. A proud wife, Hetvi is also deeply committed to her personal and professional life.

Passionate about educating her clients on the various coverage options available, particularly in auto and home insurance, Hetvi is dedicated to building long-term relationships. Originally from India, Prayash moved to Canada in 2019 as a student attending Loyalist College in Belleville where he completed his post graduation studies in Business Management. He moved to Waterloo in 2021 and started working in the insurance industry. He also worked in the Indian banking industry and has four years of experience with sales and customer service.

Prayash joined Co-operators in 2024. He enjoys building relationships with new and existing clients and takes pride in providing a positive client experience. He has completed his Other Than Life (OTL) Insurance License.

In his spare time, Prayash enjoys travelling, cooking, reading and exploring the local trails.

Renu grew up in south India and moved to the Waterloo area in 2012. She is a busy mother of two beautiful children and loves spending time with her family. Renu also enjoys trying different cuisines, sewing and painting.
