Optional coverage
Our Limited Liability Pollution coverage provides for bodily injury, property damage and clean-up costs caused by pollution. This optional coverage is available for pollution incidents that are unexpected, provided that the discharge:
- Is detected by any person within 120 hours of the start of the incident
- Results in environmental damage
- Is not usual to the insured's operation or radioactive in nature
