Site Security
Contact us at 1-866-469-2643 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST if you have:
- Any problems logging on to the secure Internet site
- Lost or forgotten your ID or password
- Further questions about your account
If you need a new ID or password, the call centre will require some basic personal information, plus your group name and group number for verification. Once verified, your new ID information will be mailed to you. Temporary passwords are provided over the phone, but should be changed when you log on
Requirements
High-speed Internet access on a private computer is recommended to use The Co-operators Group Retirement Online Account Access. While we do not endorse or support specific Internet browsers, Online Account Access has been optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or above with a 1024 x 768 screen resolution.
To protect personal information transmitted through the Internet, we use 128-bit encryption, the highest form of encryption available commercially. If your browser does not use this level of encryption or you do not have Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, download an Internet Explorer browser.
