Jessica Baker

Jessica is responsible for optimizing a high-performance sales culture (with a focus on financial practice management), creating efficient internal operations, and driving efforts that enable a seamless client experience – whether clients are connecting through the front-line Contact Centre or with a local Financial Advisor. She believes that everyone wins by working together: clients, Financial Advisors and Co-operators. For her, the key is giving Canadians easy access to quality financial advice and straightforward solutions.

With a passion for people, she is a strong proponent of equity and inclusion, notable through her support of both Pride and Truth and Reconciliation, in the workplace and beyond.

Jessica graduated with a diploma in Computer Information Systems from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology (SIAST) in 2002. In addition, Jessica is a Certified Financial Planner, has a Master of Management in Co-operatives and Credit Unions, is a Chartered Life Underwriter, and is a fellow of the Life Management Institute.
