Harry leads the overall strategy, planning, development and execution of the information technology (IT) function for Co-operators, at a pivotal stage in the organization’s growth. His goal is to drive the business forward while helping keep clients and all Canadians on their path to increased financial security. As an extension of this role, he is a board member for Smart Employee Benefits.
His long tenure of industry success includes full digital transformations – from strategy consulting and architecture to development and execution – for the likes of Aimia, BMO, CIBC, IBM, Manulife, and Symcor. Upon joining Co-operators, he led the executive team in a massive digital transformation of its own, advancing the organization’s industry-leading technological capabilities, while ensuring operational efficiencies and competitive differentiation within the marketplace.
Harry has completed the Executive Program at the Banff School of Advanced Management.
