  • Mental health specialists, such as psychologists and social workers

Our comprehensive drug benefits strategy gives plan members access to the medications they need while managing plan sponsor costs.

Plan sponsor costs are kept sustainable by:

  • Partnering with our in-house pharmacy specialists and industry-leading vendors to provide comprehensive coverage
  • Taking a holistic approach to prior authorization – claims for specialty drugs are approved only when specific criteria are met
  • Using an evidence-based approach to drug coverage – our plans are protected from costly drugs that don’t deliver value or positive health outcomes

Supporting plan members with access to dentists and certified dental specialists can help them prevent and manage oral diseases.

Our Dental Care benefits can be part of a traditional or flexible plan. Most dental plans include coverage for:

  • Preventative care, such as cleanings
  • Basic dental care, such as filling and extractions
  • Major restorative care, such as root canals and orthodontic care

Our comprehensive mental health care strategy supports plan members and their wellbeing. Mental Health Care coverage includes increased psychology benefits with $2,500 and $5,000 options. Learn more about our mental health solutions.
